Hello everyone Heather here.
I would like to come out and thank everyone who has reached out to me to see how I was doing. Thanked me for the work I did at the pizzeria. All of your kind words are helping more than you know.

Closing of the restaurant hurts my heart.
I remember my first week at the restaurant wondering if I made the right choice and telling the manager at the time (because I was slow and couldn’t stretch the pizza dough, it’s a bit harder then it looks) that he could fire me and there would be no hard feelings. Thankfully the decision to keep me on led to almost 6 years of growing and learning. I went from thinking that this wasn’t for me to basically running it. The past 14 months taught me so much and I will miss it.

To the staff that allowed me to train them, dealt with some of my stress, and made the work place happy and fun. I couldn’t have done it without you. If you ever need a reference for a job I got you guys. It was fun while it lasted and I wish you the best.

Thank you for the past 14 months Tyler and Taylor. Change is hard.

So as we're going through this process, there are some things we don't have answers to right away.
However, there is one that should be said as it's been prevalent and on the forefront since we started.
That is the job that Heather has done and continues to do with us. When we took over, she committed to helping out and sticking around when we needed it the most. Being an industry fledgling on my end, she offered a lot of knowledge and more importantly patience in those earlier days.
Over the past 14 months, she continued to thrive and evolve. Always being proactive. We were truly blessed to have her under our employ.
Even now, under no obligation, she's made it a point to assist with contact of those who have questions.
The biggest would be our beloved Veteran Wall. I understand some family members may want their photos back, however we're asking if any local businesses would do us the honor of continuing the tradition.
Please let us know, but above all, please join me in thanking Heather for her service to our small business and this community.

Hello everybody,

Band-aid ripping off moment as this is something that we never anticipated:

Today is our last day open. After today, we'll be closing down permanently.

We tried everything we could, but were not prepared for some of the unforeseen variables that were thrown our way.

I want to thank everybody that supported us in any aspect of the word.

Our staff, first and foremost. We are grateful for you all. This could be an entirely separate post in and of itself. Thank you to all of you. I will make a special call out to Heather. We'd often joke that there wouldn't be a pizzeria without her. Under that joke, we all knew just how much truth there was.

To our family, friends, customers, and unwitting taste testers: you guys are what kept it going for as long as it did.

This was the most challenging and difficult career path that I've ever wandered down, however it was my favorite and most rewarding.

Like any business owner in the same position, I wish it had turned out differently. I'm so very sorry that this is, however, the way it did.

Honey what’s for dinner? If your house is anything like my house this question can often be heard. Then panic sets in. I don’t know is often answered as we forgot to pull something. Well we here at the restaurant have the solution for you. You live within a 5 mile radius, we will bring dinner to you. Tuesday through Sunday our delivery runs from 4-8!
