This Thanksgiving feels especially sacred to us.
Family has always come first. It’s the heartbeat of our home and the reason behind everything we create. Alongside family, we hope to pass down to our kids a love of innovation, creativity, the courage to forge their own path, and the joy of building something with their own hands. Family isn’t just a value—it’s the reason behind every early morning, every late-night experiment, every new idea, and every cup we craft.
We’ve always believed that entrepreneurship isn’t just an “adult thing.” Our kids get to experience it alongside us. They watch, they help, they learn—and they genuinely love being part of it. Being a family-owned, family-operated business means that when the moment allows, we show up unapologetically as parents and professionals. This is a family business in the truest sense. We value excellence, opportunity, and the chance to craft something people genuinely love—coffee that people tell us they drive across the state for, and often call the best they’ve ever had.
But this year, more than ever, our gratitude runs deeper than words can capture.
We came frighteningly close to losing our baby girl. Walking through those months brought us to our knees in every way. Today, gathering around a full Thanksgiving table is nothing short of miraculous. The ordinary moments—the laughter, the chaos, the togetherness—are gifts we will never take for granted. What once felt like a distant hope is now our reality: we are living a miracle with our family and our precious baby girl.
This year has reminded us that life is about so much more than nice things, fun experiences, or making a living. What truly lasts is love—the love we pour into our home, our children, our work, and the love we’ve received from this community.
You have become an extension of our family. Your encouragement, loyalty, stories, and kindness have woven your lives into ours in ways we never imagined when we first dreamed up this little idea. We are endlessly grateful to everyone who has supported us, believed in us, and invited us into your space and journey.
For us, it has never been just coffee. It never will be. It’s always been—and always will be—more.
It’s about the relationships we build, the connections we nurture, the creative work we get to share, and the community that has grown around this dream. It’s about making people feel love, even through something as simple as a cup of coffee. It’s about gratitude in the everyday moments.
