Did you know that IgA nephropathy is a rare kidney disease caused by a buildup of antibodies in the kidneys? Over time, this can lead to inflammation, reduced kidney function, and in some cases, kidney failure.

Because symptoms can be mild or go unnoticed for years, many people don’t discover they have IgA nephropathy until significant kidney damage has already occurred.

This disease affects more than just kidneys. It impacts families, friends, finances, future plans and everyday life.

This season, we’re helping raise awareness for IgA nephropathy in honor of Karlee Cullom, who is courageously battling this disease. This young woman is a true GOAT. We hope you’ll take a moment to learn more and help us spread awareness about a condition that many people have never heard of until it touches someone they love.
