We had a sausage test this evening.
Our winner was Holland Brothers Meats out of Duncansville. Their caseless hot sausage links are run through the grinder three times and perfectly seasoned. The results are a super tender link that's perfect for our smoker. Topped with grilled onions, peppers & finished with our Red Dog sauce, it's sure to be your favorite too!
