Sold Out Saturday!! 🔥
I want to extend a huge thank you to our awesome customers for completely cleaning us out today! By the end of the day, we sold out of brisket, ribs, burnt ends, turkey, and wings. Our sides didn't fare much better—both the creamy coleslaw and fresh coleslaw made it to the 86 board; and we even ran out of chips for nachos! Throughout the day Andrea baked four pans of spoonbread trying to keep up.
Well, the pit is calling and I need to get back to cooking for tomorrow...

No need to wait for Sunday for a proper chicken dinner! 🔥
Check out the glaze on these half chickens fresh off the pit. We smoke 'em low and slow over Missouri oak and hickory until they're incredibly juicy, then finish them off just right. Pair a bird up with our green beans and potato salad, and you've got yourself a feast.
