This weekend we are kicking off Soup Season with our 1st Place multi-time winning Smoked Brisket Chili! 🔥 It has ground brisket, chopped brisket, 6 different kinds of beans, 7 types of peppers, onion, tomato, garlic, & a luscious blend of spices to create a cozy warmth of goodness in a bowl 😋 This will cook down for about 24 hours to bring all of the flavors together until it's perfect. This goes quickly every time we make it!

We will also have Cornbread Chili Bowls! Sweet Cornbread is baked into a 7" bowl then topped with our chili, shredded cheddar, sour cream, & chives!

Just want to share how very proud we are of one of our newest "crew" members, Lukas! He plays tennis for Brandon, like literally at the elite level. He has dedicated his entire lifestyle to this since he was a young child and he is absolutely incredible! So proud, YAY Lukas!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have had such a large amount of people calling in this week asking if the BBQ Nachos are also available this Saturday, so we have decided to make it so. Apparently we have overlooked the importance of the Michigan game! So, this weekend BBQ Nachos will be available both days: Saturday and Sunday! Limited quantity available and pre-ordering guarantees that you get yours, as many are already spoken for.

🌽🍋‍🟩🌶 Since we are in the peak of corn season, this weekend I'm bringing back another favorite: my Mexican Street Corn Salad!
I combine sweet crisp corn (grilled to bring out the sweetness!), tiny diced purple onion and red bell pepper, chopped fresh cilantro, and crumbled cotija cheese! Then I toss it in a homemade dressing of sour cream, mayo, lime juice, lime zest, and seasonings. Traditionally, this dish also has Tajin, but since some of you do not like spicy, I leave that out. I make sure that the flavors are there without it, but for those who like it, I will have Tajin available at the front condiment station for you to add to yours 🌶🍋‍🟩

🍗This weekend we will have Jumbo Smoked Turkey Legs! Unlike the cured hammy/chewy-textured festival-style Turkey legs, ours are juicy and fall-apart tender. They are brined, seasoned, and smoked - they are delicious! Use them to make greens, soup, or just enjoy eating them 😋 We only have them once a year, so get them while you can!🍗

Just finished this beautiful Turkey for a fabulous customer's family dinner tonight - just look at that color! This is definitely a teaser for the upcoming holiday season - it smells incredible! Keep posted for a post next month with everything available to order for your Thanksgiving feast!

Next Sunday, Sept. 27th The Lions play The Jets and we are bringing back our GAME DAY BBQ NACHOS!!🏈
Get a large pizza box full of gooey melty cheesy tortilla chips topped with beans, homemade queso, diced tomato, onion, green pepper, black olives, jalapeños, and even more melted cheeses... drizzled with our sweet bbq sauce and cilantro; with a side of homemade salsa and sour cream. $20
