What a weekend❤️

Seeing the damage from the fire was heartbreaking, but seeing this community come together during the cleanup reminded us just how lucky we are. We are beyond thankful that Cross Eyed Cow made it through with only minor damages.

To everyone who checked in on us, sent messages, stopped by, shared our posts, or simply kept us in your thoughts… thank you. Your support means more than you know.

A huge thank you to the firefighters for protecting our little red barn once again, and to the cleanup crew and volunteers who showed up ready to help us put the pieces back together.

Special thanks to Travis, Tomas, Martin and his wife, and everyone else who rolled up their sleeves and helped us clean, move, sweep, haul, and keep spirits up through all of it. We truly could not have done this alone.

This place has always been more than a pizza restaurant to us its family, community, memories, and heart. And this week reminded us just how strong that community really is.

We’re grateful. We’re tired. But we’re still here. ❤️ 💪

RIP to the iconic orange piano. 🎹🧡

After surviving years of music, memories, and chaos at The Cow… it finally met its match in Saturday morning’s fire next door. So naturally, we gave it the Office Space treatment. 🔨

Sometimes you just need a parking lot, a sledgehammer, and a little therapy.

Huge thanks again to the firefighters who kept our building safe. Now excuse us while we aggressively process our emotions. 😂🔥

Sometimes the hottest thing on Route 66 should be the pizza… not the building next door.

We’re incredibly grateful to say that once again, everyone here at Cross Eyed Cow is safe after last night’s fire nearby. Huge thank you to the amazing firefighters and first responders who worked through the night to protect our community and businesses. Your bravery does not go unnoticed. ❤️🚒

Please send some love and appreciation to the crews who continue showing up when it matters most. And thank you to everyone who checked in on us. We’re okay, grateful, and open today.

Today is Cheri’s last day with us, and honestly, it’s hard to put into words what she means to our little restaurant family. 💛

Cheri started off as a customer alongside her family, and somewhere along the way, she became one of the biggest hearts in this kitchen. She’s been our fairy godmother behind the scenes always caring, always supportive, always showing up with kindness and love. The kitchen is not going to feel the same without her there.

Her and Don have found a beautiful new home and are beginning an exciting new chapter together, and while we are so incredibly happy for them, we are going to miss her more than she knows.

Cheri, thank you for every early morning, every laugh, every helping hand, and every bit of love you poured into this place. You became family to us, and that never changes. We love you dearly and wish you and Don nothing but happiness in this next adventure. 🐄❤️
