To my older friends,,,I say.....
We had the miniskirts, the bell bottoms, the muscle cars, and a soundtrack nobody has managed to top since. People try to tell me every generation thinks theirs was the best one. I let them talk. I know what I know.
It wasn't just fashion or music, it was a feeling that hasn't come back around. I sit out here some evenings and it's still right there, close enough to touch.
