In the late 1800s and early 1900s, Orlinda was home to a talented local lady who made hats by hand — back when a beautiful hat was an important part of getting dressed for church, town, and special occasions.

It’s little pieces of history like this that remind us just how much life, talent, and tradition have passed through our small town over the years.
