I own my own businesses, co-own a restaurant with my parents, and run DoorDash concepts—but I still get in the kitchen because I truly love it. 👨🏾‍🍳🔥

Make it good. Make it with love. And I told her: whenever I’m in the kitchen, whatever comes in is finna be made with love. Staying home and being lazy is not an option for me. I have too much love for the kitchen and too much I’m building.

We’re bringing a different kind of Caribbean Night to Downtown Orlando—dinner first, then vibes. 🍽️🎶

From 7:30 PM–10 PM, enjoy a restaurant-style Caribbean dining experience. Guests are seated and served by table, allowing our kitchen to prepare and plate each table’s meals fresh and with proper presentation.

Arrival → Seating → Server → Table Order → Kitchen → Plating → Table Served

Our Caribbean dinner menu will feature a selection of dishes including options like grilled salmon, shrimp, jerk-inspired entrées, rice & peas, and more. Menu available while supplies last.

🎧 DJ Remm Recording will set the Caribbean vibe throughout the main event with Kompa, Reggae, Dancehall, Soca & Afrobeats.

🍽️ Dinner Service: 7:30 PM–10 PM
🎶 DJ Entertainment: Until 10 PM
🥂 Drinks & Lounge: 10 PM–1 AM

After 10 PM, you’re welcome to stay, have drinks, socialize, and enjoy music from the venue until 1 AM.

I’m Peterson St. Pierre, also known as Mr. Flavorism—a Le Cordon Bleu culinary graduate, business-management professional, chef, business owner, Concept Builder, Content Culture Builder, and Business Revenue Strategist.

Chef Charles was behind the line preparing every fresh salad as it went out—and it was truly a pleasure having him in the house! 👨🏾‍🍳🥗🔥

He gave Pasta Night his all, even on his birthday. Thank you to everyone who helped us celebrate him and made his night special. I know many of you are already asking when Chef Charles will return, so we’ll check his schedule and see when we can welcome him back!

This is what Pasta Night is about: fresh food prepared throughout the evening—not dishes sitting on a buffet for hours—and an experience that continues to get better every month.

For the next Pasta Night, we’re reviewing everything: the food, lighting, timing, service, and guest flow. We’re working toward calling guests table by table, adding more servers, and creating a smoother experience so everyone can relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and be served properly.

I build organically—that’s how I’ve always built. Through real work, genuine relationships, customer experiences, and consistent service. Locations may change and businesses may evolve, but a strong brand continues to travel, grow, and leave its mark.

The show went on, Orlando showed up, and Pasta Night was nearly sold out! To every person who purchased a ticket, came out, and supported this vision—thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m truly grateful for every single one of you.
