“What’s your favorite dish to cook?”
If I had a dollar for every time I’ve been asked that, I could retire today. It’s funny—nobody asks a carpenter their favorite nail to drive or a doctor their favorite prescription to write. But as a chef, it’s the one question that never stops.
Honestly? It’s exhausting, because the truth is: it’s not about my favorite dish. It’s not about me at all.
Being a chef isn’t about self-expression or showing off a signature plate. It’s about you.
My goal every single time I step into the kitchen is simple: to make you happy, to evoke a sense of warmth and comfort, and to make you feel loved through the food I create.
When you sit down at my table, I want the first bite to feel like a warm embrace. That’s what cooking is to me. It’s an act of service, a craft of care, and a way to share love.
So don't worry about what I like to make. Just tell me—what makes you feel good today? ❤️✨
