Our Crab & Ikura Donabe is a Japanese claypot rice gently cooked in shiro dashi, tossed with napa cabbage, carrots, and gobo, and finished with crab and ikura on top.
Slow-cooked in a donabe (土鍋), the rice develops deep flavors and a lightly crisped bottom layer, while everything stays warm and gently infused throughout.
