A few months ago, Ferratti’s was just a dream filled with fear, sacrifice, stress, hope, and the desire to prove that authentic food made with real passion still exists.
Behind every pizza, every handmade pasta, and every plate we serve, there are sleepless nights, difficult days, silent struggles, and a family working tirelessly to build something truly special from the ground up.
Today, seeing ourselves featured in Orlando Weekly reminds us that every sacrifice has been worth it. That dreams really can become reality when they are built with heart.
We also want to sincerely thank the critic who took the time to experience our food, hear our story, and share it with the city. Being recognized in a place so full of incredible restaurants truly means the world to us
