B3 Cafe is owned by Jen & Darrell Cunningham — long-time Orlando residents, University of Central Florida graduates, and cycling enthusiasts with a shared passion for our community, healthy living, and the environment. B3 is our effort to create a sense of ‘place’ in our community where friends and neighbors mix and mingle over good food, great conversation, and a sense of shared belonging. Ultimately, that’s why B3 originated — we longed for a place to hang out ourselves; a place that would appeal equally to our diverse group of friends. We hope you love B3 as much as we do. From the moment we started dreaming of the Cafe, we wanted it to be part of the Orlando culture and community. We source locally and support other local small businesses whenever possible, including our breads, produce, and much more. We are integrated into the community from working with and supporting our local schools like the Audubon Park K8 to providing free meeting space for non-profit organizations such as the Orlando Main Streets Program and the Audubon Park Community. Since we opened, being earth friendly and minimizing our carbon footprint was a priority, and we strongly believed there were no other options. We made the commitment to use eco-friendly, recyclable to-go packing. We also recycle paper, plastic, aluminum, and glass by-products. We also use washable wares and minimize single use disposable products as much as possible.
