Hello, my name is Iris Stiverson, I started creating cake decorations in 2009.

I am certified by Wilton as an instructor, I love working with fondant, butter cream, whipped cream and Royal Icing. I am Mexican and my specialty is Tres Leches cake, Caramel Flan, sugar cookies, cake pop, cup cakes, and all of the treats and sweets you need for that special occasion. ions with your hands, that is a gift from God, after baking a cake "comes the magic" Where the most delicious sugared layer is found, call it butter cream, whipped cream, Chantilly cream, chocolate coverage, fondant, etc. This is where imagination is present. It it fascinating world that is why today "MAKING A CAKE IS A WORK OF ART".

Hola, mi nombre es Iris Stiverson, comencé a crear decoraciones para pasteles en 2009. Estoy certificada por Wilton como instructora, me encanta trabajar con fondant, crema de mantequilla, crema batida y Royal Icing. Soy Mexican y mi especialidad es el pastel de las Tres Leches, Flan de Caramelo, galletitas de azúcar, paleta de pastel, bollos y todas las golosinas y dulces que necesitas para esa ocasión especial. El arte de un pastel; consiste en crear los diseños más bonitos para esa ocasión especial. Crear maravillosas decoraciones con tus manos, eso es un regalo de Dios. Después de hornear un pastel "viene la magia". Donde se encuentra la capa azucarada más deliciosa, llámalo crema de mantequilla, crema batida, crema chantilly, cobertura de chocolate, fondant, etc. Aquí es donde la imaginación está presente. Es un mundo fascinante por eso hoy "HACER UN PASTEL ES UNA OBRA DE ARTE".
