I’m incredibly grateful to God for blessing me with the health, strength, and patience to successfully organize the inaugural Rox-star pop-up shop. A huge debt of gratitude goes to my eternal supporter, my mother, whose unwavering encouragement has been the cornerstone of my accomplishments. A special shoutout to all the incredible supporters who ordered virtually everything from the menu – your dedication is remarkable, especially for those who called in bright and early. The overwhelming support from both local and distant patrons surpassed my expectations. Vernelle, a heartfelt thank you for your assistance in procuring all the necessary local seafood items. I’m also deeply appreciative of my special friends who volunteered to lend a hand on Saturday. Witnessing their collective presence was genuinely heartwarming. Raisa, Arlan, Clesa, Keisha, Ms. Rose, Karl and Kimberly, my heartfelt thanks to each of you; your intuitive understanding of my needs and seamless integration were invaluable.
