That’s what 16+ hours on the smoker will do. 🔥

Our brisket is smoked low and slow, rested for another 10–12 hours, and hand sliced to order.

Pair it with your favorite sides and you’ve got a perfect tray of barbecue.

We’re open 11-7pm this weekend, unless we sell out sooner. 🍖

From early morning prep and slow-smoking brisket to getting the chicken ready and wrapping up the day with a BBQ class, there’s always something cooking.
