Why not come check us out.

Pasta alla Ruota (literally translating to “pasta in the wheel”) is the ultimate showstopping Italian dining experience. Steaming hot, fresh pasta is dropped directly into a massive, hollowed-out wheel of Pecorino Romano cheese. As the chef tosses the pasta right inside the wheel, the heat melts the rich interior walls, creating a silky, decadent, custom cheesy sauce that coats every single bite.
