Some buy pre-shredded cheese.
Some open a bag of sauce.

At Stone Fired Pizza we do none of that.
✔️ We make our dough fresh in-house.
✔️ We make our sauces in-house.
✔️ We grind our mozzarella and Pecorino Romano fresh.

Where it all began. 🍕
Poinciana, Florida.

My parents opened their very first pizza shop a small take-out and delivery place built on long hours, family teamwork, and big dreams.

My younger sister was 12, I was 13, and we were eager to help however we could. After school, weekends, late nights whatever it took. We made pizzas, calzones, wings, subs… and yes, we even rented movies. One little shop doing a little bit of everything.

That’s me in this photo, rocking my oversized “chef’s” outfit, standing next to a larger-than-life action-hero cutout, ready to toss a hundred pizzas on a Friday night with my family behind the counter. No shortcuts just hustle and learning what hard work really meant.

All those years of hard work and dedication shaped who I am. They helped me craft and create Stone Fired Pizza, and build my own community rooted in the same values of family, pride, and passion that started it all.

What makes it even more special is that the story never stopped.
Today, my sister and her husband still own and operate almost 40 years later
right there in Poinciana carrying on what our parents started all those years ago.

Full circle. Forever grateful. ❤️🍕
