Redlight Redlight A Neighborhood Brewpub in Audubon Park. Established in 2005. We have 24 rotating draughts, including 8 House Brews, and 2 beer engines for cask-conditioned ales.

We will start with the Not so good news:
Chef Emily‘s time at Redlight is sadly coming to a close. While our heart feels heavy to see her go, we are grateful for her warm energy and talent that she shared with us for the greater part of this year. As a small business that has existed longer than some of our actual patrons who just reached legal drinking age, it seems like we would get used to our team coming and going, but in many cases it’s bittersweet. We wish her nothing but the best as she continues onward to Philly! Please join us by saying farewell as this is her last week with us! Sunday, October 18th will be her final brunch.

The Good News:
Later this fall our kitchen turns 3 and it somehow feels like it’s been forever yet also just a tiny blip on the Redlight timeline. With this new season ahead, we are so very excited to welcome Nicole Matta as head chef to lead our BOH team!! She has roots in one of our most favorite places in town (Kaya, of course) and you may have seen her TheKitchenHouse offering her services as well as most recently assisting Chef Emily’s dinner this past summer!
You can count on our menu favorites to stay so don’t you worry. But we hope you’ll warmly welcome Chef Nicole to Redlight! We look forward to having her carry on the strong female presence in the kitchen ❤️

🍺 Fountain of Youth is our refreshingly salty, yet tart German Gose. We decided to be cheeky and add freshly harvested oysters from Saint Augustine during the brewing process which adds a unique and natural salinity! Balanced with Coriander.

🍺 Our award winning Audubon Bitter was brewed with the intention of the English tradition of session b**rs. Easy for everyday drinking. Notes of toast, hints of caramelized fruits with spicy grassy hops.

🍺 DAY-O is a Hoppy American Saison. A Belgian inspired b**r with a touch of refreshing island spirit. Bunches of Calypso hops were added then dry-hopped. Canned conditioned for your enjoyment.

Great Scott! We’ve hit 21,000 followers on IG during our 21st year of existence! In case you didn’t know, we’re so very appreciative of our community and grateful every time you spend time with us ♥️

We plan to do something fun on Wednesday, October 21st so stay tuned! Coincidentally, the 21st is Back to the Future Day and we currently have our Doc’s Sour Brown on tap! This Flemish style sour is dry, slightly funky with refreshing tartness. A very crushable sour in our humble opinion.

As history continues to repeat itself, it feels important to remember what took place on October 4th, 1936.

The people of East London rallied to Cable Street and forced back the march of the British Union of Fascists through the streets of the East End. The march was met with massive resistance from counter protestors made up of residents and community members with the rally cry “THEY SHALL NOT PASS”. The residents of Cable Street went as far as tossing their chamber pots out their windows onto the fascists in the street below.

They did not pass.

This Sunday, on the anniversary of this event we will be releasing our Cable Street Bitter. A modern take on a classic style. Hopped with Olicana Hops from the UK. 4% ABV. Available on cask and 4 packs for takeaway. We will be offering Brunch from 11am-2pm with Otaku Coffee. Bar service available until 5pm.

May we remember the spirit of the people who defended their community made up of mostly of immigrants who rallied together to fight back against fascism.
