Our signature dishes. The ones you’ve celebrated with, traveled for, and returned to year after year.

Every menu we’ve created has been built as a complete body of work: a collection of dishes designed to be experienced together, each one shaped by the others.

On Saturday, August 1, we’ll serve this menu one last time.

We’ve always believed that menus should have a beginning and an end. In effect, like all art and living, breathing things, it is changing, evolving, and growing.

This one has had a longer run than any before it, and we’re incredibly grateful for everyone who experienced it.

If you’ve been meaning to try it, this is your chance.

Reservations for Saturday, August 1st are now available on Resy (link in bio).

As for what’s next: we’re making room to explore new ideas from the kitchen.

We hope you’ll join us before this particular chapter comes to a close.
