We connect people to the joy of food, gardening & lifelong learning through garden-to-table programs designed to encourage our neighbors to put more plants on their plate Edible Education Experience (EEE) operates the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Kitchen House & Culinary Garden in Orlando Florida. We are a unique Orlando-based non-profit organization that:

- features a Teaching Kitchen and on-site Culinary Garden

- provides innovative programming for local educational institutions and organizations

- develops relationships with locally and nationally recognized chefs

- collaborate with local healthcare systems

Edible Education Experience believes that seed-to-table experiences:

…forge meaningful relationships.

…develop autonomy and empowerment.

…builds competency with relevance to the natural world and one’s own lives.

…encourage a shared sense of responsibility.

….enables food to become an artistic tool for shifting perspectives. Our work builds strong community and family connections in the garden and at the table. We aim to empower students and their communities through seed-to-table experiences.

Help us bring Winter Gather & Graze to life as a sponsor✨

Every dollar raised at Winter Gather & Graze helps us produce the garden-to-kitchen programs that one student said are “not just educational—they’re life-changing.” Sponsors play a major part in growing these programs and providing impactful food education to the kids who need it most. Swipe to see some easy swaps to help you feel better in the kitchen!

Swap sour cream for Greek yogurt! Same tang and creaminess, more protein. Dollop it on tacos, baked potatoes, or chili🥄

Swap your cooking oil and butter for ripe mashed bananas when baking! Use about 1/2 cup mashed banana per 1/2 cup of butter in muffins and quick breads🍌

Go half and half! Add riced cauliflower or lentils to your rice dish. You can pulse cauliflower florets in a food processor or buy it bagged, and sauté for a few minutes. It soaks up stir-fry sauces just as well and adds a serving of veggies🍚

Swap mayo for mashed avocado! Great in chicken or tuna salad and on sandwiches. It adds healthy fats and fiber, plus a fresh flavor🥑
