This band ... so pleased and proud to be their manager for more than 18 years! These photos are from the 1911 Member-Guest event at Country Club of Orlando this past Friday evening. After the attendees availed themselves of the wonderful food, they headed to the dance floor and didn't leave until 11:00! Thanks Wings of Sound for making that happen as you always do at any event!

It is indeed bittersweet that we say good-bye to John Brown who has been one of Wings of Sound's fabulous trio of vocalists for nearly 20 years! He is moving on to carry out his work with the music ministry at his church. John, we will remember you "Always and Forever"; while yesterday was your "Last Dance" with the band, we know that there "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" that you can't scale; you are "Unforgettable" and how could we "Forget You!" And please remember that you will forever be a part of Wings of Sound because "We Are Family!" Best wishes, John!

Okay, so it's hotter than you know what; so if you're going to sweat anyway, why not do it on the dance floor! Throw yourself a party ... an NPR party ... no, not National Public Radio but a No Particular Reason party! Grab a group of friends, find an inexpensive venue, make some chips and dips, put together a cash bar, and call this fabulous band to make the party just what it needs! Summer rates available; rock on!

Another great day of sales calls; spent time with Teresa at Citrus Club; Laura at Country Club of Orlando; Brittany at Ballroom at Church Street; Natalie at Interlachen Country Cub; Jane and Kelly at The Alfond Inn; Ally at Winter Park Chamber of Commerce; and Alexis at Winter Park Racquet Club! The band and I appreciate the time you all took to sit down with me ... and we hope you enjoyed the Elvis Cookies!

Great fun last night as we sat by the fire pit at Dubsdread and listened to "one-third of Wings of Sound"--vocalist Gary Stephens, bass Jeff Green, and lead guitar Don Pittman. Was amazed at how quickly they responded to requests! A beautiful Orlando evening made even more special by these three!

Gary and Dian rocking their wireless mics, Gary enjoying his mic even more down with the audience; and no wedding reception is complete unless there's a little "Shout" so aptly "narrated" by Gary Stephens! And the evening was made even more perfect when the mother of the bride said to me, "You know, Susie, that band made the party!" The Country Club of Orlando was rocking last night for the Member-Guest event! Great food and drink, running into five former Wonderful Weddings clients and of course dancing to Wings of Sound! The vocalists here in mid "Midnight Train to Georgia"--those voices are the best around!
