A farewell Park Central & Splash Fam Loyalist!
Dear valued friends, vendors , and residents guests of Splash pool side Bistro
It is with humble gratitude and a heavy heart that we announce the closing of our Splash Poolside Bistro
10 + Years
We would like to thank our staff, past and present, for being such an integral part of our business and for helping us to provide so many wonderful experiences thru many Events and Day-to Day operations
We took extreme pride in making everyone feel welcome, as Park Central is as unique and diverse as New York City.
That’s why we always called it our “5 Burroughs, Our NYC”
Many ask what ingredient(s)made the foods & wings taste so delicious.
Our answer always, “Love, always put Love & Passion in what you make. + do”. We never lost our Love, just maybe a little passion. That’s when we knew it was Time to move on
We want to Thank ALL MANAGEMENT TEAMS that were an integral part of us thriving & surviving.

-Planned, gutted, built & opened together. So this business is very very special for me. Hopefully me & pops have 1-2 more Projects in us!
