With creative roots in graphic design and illustration and over 33 years calling Florida home, Louise has spent the better part of three decades as one of our resident artists right here at Café Tu Tu Tango. Her process is all about instinct: colors pulled straight from the tube, no muting, no second-guessing. The result? Energetic, whimsical compositions that practically vibrate off the canvas.

Meet Louise Hallauer! Acrylic artist, original from Wigan, Lancashire, England, and a Café Tu Tu Tango family member since 1996. That's right: Louise has been part of our Artist in Residence program for nearly three decades, bringing bold color and an unmistakable sense of humor to our walls all along.
Painting straight from the tube, Louise creates pieces that are bright, edgy, and bursting with life. Her quirky, off-the-wall compositions celebrate spontaneity and individuality, playful, uplifting, and impossible to ignore.
