Zaza's used to be great, I'm sad to say that's no longer the case. Their demise started long before COVID. Increased prices, longer waits, smaller portions have become a common occurrence. I've given this location multiple chances to change my mind and time after time they let me down. The latest was a 45 min wait for an online order, keep in mind that's 45 mins after the order was "Ready". If you cannot fulfill an order in less than 90 mins, you probably have an issue that needs to be addressed. I really hope Zaza's can turn things around.
