There is a reason certain dinners stay with you long after the evening ends.

A guest once shared the moment he understood what Christini's was: he had barely taken his seat before a member of our staff had quietly noticed his wife's birthday flowers and arranged a small, thoughtful surprise for dessert. No request was made. No attention was drawn to it. Just attentive service, offered without being asked.
