The legendary Spice Bag found its birth in Dublin in the mid 2000’s mixing crispy chips (fries) onions, peppers, fried chicken, hot spices, and of course, the perfect side of curry sauce.

What began as a late night go to, has become an all around favorite for pub goers at any hour🌇

We can measure it by how much our family has grown up in this place, now.
(Literally, Aoife is running around the place😅)

Thank you to everyone who was a part of this buildout and put care into our vision. Having everything shipped over from Ireland was ambitious, but we knew we wanted something authentic & real for ye.
