New menu drop!

This September, in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re pouring FLAVORS OF FOLKLORE, a menu built from the myths and legends of Latin America, the Caribbean, and beyond.

The gods who fed empires. The spirits who linger between worlds. The tricksters who lure you off the path, and the ones who guide you home. Our bartenders reached into these stories and poured them into the glass.

A maize god reborn in sweet corn and flame. Four hundred rabbits, each a different version of you by the end of the night. A guardian of the Amazon, half sweet and half fire.

Every cocktail is a retelling. Come taste the story before we tell it to you.

Passion in Motion

Some cocktails don’t get a fair shot the first time. This is Brantley’s.

A lot of these menus come together very quickly and we are able to try some techniques we haven’t before. This cocktail was one of those where it worked but it wasn’t perfect, so I brought it back with the improved methods.

Plot twist: our former bartender is now our guest bartender.

Brittany went off to 375 Park Avenue Spirits and started spreading the gospel of good spirits worldwide. Tomorrow, she’s back on our side of the bar for one night.

On the menu: Bought the Bouquet, her glowed-up take on the best-seller she built here, “I Can Buy Myself Flowers.”

Lycan Legacy

Fresh off a Best of Orlando win for Pink Pony Fizz, Anthony Filiberto isn’t slowing down.

In his words: “I’ve recognized a personal growth in the flavor pairing process. Instead of simply adding a flavor or ingredient, I focused on understanding how different flavors interact and complement one another.”

That’s the whole Director’s Cut in one sentence, not more, but better. Blood orange-infused whiskey, Jamaican rum, and a hibiscus crescent swirl.

Meet Brittney. She used to sling drinks behind our bar, and then she outgrew us in the best way.

Through our education and career advancement program, Brittney leveled up and joined 375 Park Avenue Spirits. These days she travels the world spreading the gospel of good spirits.

She’s also the mind behind our best-selling cocktail to date, “I Can Buy Myself Flowers.” And for her homecoming, she’s revised her own classic into something new: “Bought the Bouquet.” Same energy, leveled up, just like her.

What, Like It’s Hard?

The first cut was a mocktail with a brown tamarind foam. The remake earns its R rating, and its glow-up.

In her words: “What Like It’s Hard?! Was originally a mocktail with a brown tamarind foam on top. This time around, I created a stunning pink tamarind foam. This is a drink for boss chick who can do it all, in heels.”

Crafted by Yanelis. Hibiscus-infused mezcal, lime, agave, and that showstopping pink foam. Her director’s cut, pouring all August.

“You must always have faith in people. And most importantly, you must always have faith in yourself.”
