🍽️ **Bartender/Server**
- Experience in bartending and serving
- Adaptable and creative
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Proficient in up-selling and punctuality
- Must speak Haitian Creole

👨‍🍳 **Cook**
- Skilled in making Haitian cuisine
- Ability to learn and adapt to specific cooking techniques and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Food handling certification required
- Must speak Haitian Creole

📋 **Manager**
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience as a restaurant manager
- Reliable and open availability
- Familiar with Haitian cuisine or a willingness to learn
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and make decisions under pressure
- Must speak Haitian Creole
