From our family to all our fellow Chicos Sub shop patrons, new customers, and personally close regulars(ya'll know who you are) we'd like to share a very serious, heartbreaking, and unfortunate news; our Mother, Momma who ran Chicos Sub Shop for almost 40 years of her life have lost her battle to cancer and passed away June 19th/Thursday afternoon. Shes the one that kept this business up and running, as well as keeping the historical legacy of this business and its reputation intact with her time, effort, and her blood & sweat. As you may have recently noticed, Momma stopped working around December of 2024, and allowed her only two sons to run the business in her place as her health deteriorated drastically in the start of the new year of 2025. But unfortunately we, the two sons are grieving and too heartbroken to keep the shop open during this time as we prepare her memorial service and burial. We apologize to so many of you and we will do our best to try to recover, reopen and get back to work. For now please be patient as we mourn over our mother that we truly and deeply loved, as well as many of you our regular customers that knew our mother or interacted with her over the many years. We'll keep you posted here as best as we can. We thank you so much for all your love, prayers, concerns, loyalty and support.

OCT 7th 2023 UPDATE: Thank you so so much for all your prayers, messages, kind and caring words over these past few months as we unfortunately had to temporarily close due to our Mothers starting battle against cancer back in July. Now after 2 months of surgery, and radiation treatment which she is pretty much finished with, we are now relieved to announce that we will be RE-OPENING on OCTOBER 16, 2023. We will be there a few days prior to shop, restock, clean, organize and prep. So we will be there but not open, so please be patient with us as we have to restart everything. For those of you who are familiar with our Classic weekend vendor reservations, we usually start taking in reservations by August, so now that there is not much time, and a possibility of our spaces being sold out quickly please be ready to explain to our mother what your vending, space you need, and locking it in/purchasing on the spot. Because of the minimum time that we have left we will not be holding your spot by your word of promises. PLEASE BE READY. AGAIN we will be REOPENING on OCTOBER 16th 2023. P.S> Momma is not finished with her battle, but her first proactive step on this battle is finished. So we're continuing to pray.

AUGUST 1st 2023 UPDATE: To all our valued and long time customers, we want to apologize for our long absence. For some of you that know the details of why we had to temporarily close and know of the serious illness our mother is fighting through we thank you the prayers, concerns, flowers, and caring messages. We have relayed all of it to our mother as she continues to fight for her health. As of right now we are STILL closed, but we are hoping to reopen once we assess her condition. Trust us when we say shes trying and wanting to prematurely open right now, but her health has to come first. Again we thank you for your understanding, dedication, loyalty and your love for Chicos, as well as our deepest apology. Once we make our decision, we'll announce it here.

DEAR VALUED CHICOS CUSTOMERS,
We regret to inform you that Chico's Sub Shop is TEMPORARILY CLOSED from July 6th to hopefully the end of the month(or earlier) due to dire health issues. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please pray for our mother who is unwell and fights to recover. We thank all of you, especially our regular customers who relied on us for your everyday lunch meals. Check back with us here in about 2 weeks, and by then we should have some new updates and hopefully an idea on when we open again.

Monday-Friday: 10:30am-6:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am-5:00pm
Sunday: Closed

Ladies and Gents we are proud to announce that we will be re-opening back to our usual schedule starting from this coming Monday, MAY 4th. Spread the word, "Chico"s Subs" will be back! But please be advised that we are still under "Social Distancing" advisory, so don't be surprised or offended when you see distancing measures on your behalf and ours. This also means that our inside dining room will be remained closed till further announcement, so we will ONLY be serving from the TAKE OUT WINDOW. We'll be seeing you soon.

MMMmmmm...one bite out of the Cheesesteak then take a bite of a pepperoncini with it. A combination of the juices that pop out of the pepper goes so good with that cheesesteak....you know you want one!
