Thank you, Discovery Church for allowing us to cater another incredible event. This event was the Night of Honor for the middle school students that worked so hard this past scholastic year. We had a beautiful event for a wonderful group, Discovery Church Alafaya campus, honoring moms specifically. Hope everyone is having an amazing weekend so far! We wanted to remind you all that we also offer small plate food options. Whether you are around the housing with friends and family, or maybe an important meeting at the office. You can order a platter full of small plate foods like delicious appetizers or small finger sandwiches and so much more. Chef Fern is very talented at making delicious and eye-catching charcuterie boards. However, a favorite all star is Chef Fern's homemade Chicken and Beef Empandas. Don't put a plate in front of anyone and leave them alone because the smell alone will have them eating one after another. Happy Easter! We are happy to celebrate the day with a special offer for the rest of April. We have a dinner promotion that you can select from two amazing options. In this first option, we have a flavorful Seafood Pasta Salad with a blend of crab meat/shrimp and a side of fresh dinner rolls. This starts at $32 for 2 people. The second option we have is a juicy Glazed Roasted Ham with roasted vegetable and Jasmine rice. This option starts at $36 for 2 people. We offer special rates for more than 2 people in an order. Meals are freshly prepared and packaged for convenience, so placing an order 3–5 days in advance is requested. We also have add-on options like extra protein, desserts, and more. Good Friday everyone! Chef Fern understands the importance of a diverse diet. Sometimes we need something hearty and comforting, like his signature Mac and cheese. Sometimes we need something situational, like a celebratory Taco Bar for a fiesta. However, for today, Chef Fern had a lean and delicious idea to respect those who celebrate today and want to maintain a fresh and full feeling after an incredible meal. We have roasted tilapia in a lemon garlic sauce with a side of green beans and baby carrots topped with a creamy mushroom sauce. We can offer these options' year round but definitely felt today was an important day to showcase an amazing fish-focused dish that we don't share often. Let me tell you it's amazing! Happy First Day of Spring!! We are looking forward to all the excellent events and spring break meals we will be preparing over the next few weeks. One special meal we wanted to bring light to was for a truly remarkable group of people. We had an opportunity to cater for the volunteers of the (Make a Wish foundation of Central Florida). Thank you, Hagerty High School Lacrosse Team! We were very happy to get the chance to make some amazing food for the players and parents that makeup and support this awesome team! We made some well seasoned and savory chicken, Chef Fern's spanish rice, hand-made Pico de Gallo, fresh veggies for toppings, slow roasted seasoned beans, complimented with some hard and soft torilla shells. Of course, we had to get some dessert, so we got chocolate cookies and fresh fruit to finish off the meal. Happy International Women's Day! Today we wanted to make a shout-out to all the women that make an impact on our lives. Thank you to the mother that is showing up to the school event. Thank you to the grandmother that is teaching you how to cook for the first time or sharing those secret recipes. Thank you for the wives that we cherish for all that you do, from pushing yourself in your career to smiling back when we see each other first thing in the morning.
