Howdy, this is Colton, one of the owners and founders of Ghost Kitchen Orlando. Today, Ghost Kitchen Orlando officially turns six years old! 🎂
I wanted to take a moment to reflect on these past six years and express my sincere gratitude to our customers and our incredibly hardworking team members who have supported us every step of the way.
If you had told me that our tiny, family-run business, which launched just two weeks after a global pandemic began, would not only still be here but thriving, with three locations and a future spot inside Orlando International Airport, I honestly wouldn’t have believed you.
We had no idea the kind of community that would grow around this business or how much support we’d receive from people and businesses across Central Florida. That support continues to humble us every single day.
The truth is, being a “ghost kitchen” with no traditional dine-in experience, we sometimes feel a bit removed from the people we’re cooking for. But the emails, social posts, and Google reviews consistently remind us that what we’re doing matters and that the food is being felt on the other end.
Over the last six years, we haven’t changed our original recipes, we haven’t cut corners, and we’ve stayed committed to the same standards we started with: food that’s crafted, fresh, wholesome, and as close to scratch-made as possible.
So thank you, truly. Without your support, this would’ve remained a half-baked idea from a couple of crazy twenty-something year olds. Here’s to many more years ahead!! 👻
