We’re looking for a driven, organized, hands-on General Manager to join our growing food-service and catering operation.
This is a leadership position for someone who can take ownership, manage people, keep operations organized, and help our businesses continue to grow.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Overseeing day-to-day operations
• Managing and holding staff accountable
• Scheduling and coordinating team members
• Supporting weddings, catering events & special events
• Assisting with hiring and employee training
• Coordinating event logistics and staffing
• Supporting sales and client follow-up
• Building relationships with venues and vendors
• Helping manage HoneyBook, paperwork & administrative tasks
• Monitoring invoices, contracts and deadlines
• Representing 143 Food Services professionally
• Identifying opportunities to improve operations and grow revenue
• Working directly with ownership on company goals and strategy
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✅ Is highly organized and dependable
✅ Has strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Can manage multiple priorities
✅ Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✅ Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
✅ Is willing to get hands-on when the business needs it
✅ Has hospitality, restaurant, catering, or management experience
✅ Has reliable transportation
✅ Is available for occasional evenings, weekends and events
