One of our favorite trends in the rum world, is our guests and consumers focusing on the flavors and aromas individual cane varietals can produce. Sugar cane varietals are like w**e grapes, in that each species is unique in flavor when distilled. One amazing example of distillers who take pride in their native can species, is Kō Hana Hawaiian Agricole Rum distillery out of Hawaii. These aromatic bombs focus on native Hawaiian cane species, each with its own unique characteristics. Come try some of them neat or in a daiquiri! Happy Sunday 🌴

Jason has been with us since the beginning. He’s worked his way up from barbacking to bartending and has been an essential part of the team ever since. Come say goodbye tonight for his last shift as he prepares for his move to Finland. We wish him the best, and are proud to watch him grow. He‘ll be working tonight from 4pm-close. And he’s not allowed to get cut early.
