Our summer salad list keeps getting better, our third recommendation is a Mexican street corn-inspired summer salad. Toss together corn, jalapenos, green onions, cilantro, a minced clove of garlic, feta cheese over a mix of chopped kale and Napa cabbage. Squeeze some lime juice, add a drizzle of CHOP5's Chipotle Ranch dressing and sprinkle a bit of salt and smoked paprika on top and you have yourself a zesty summer salad!
