This exclusive evening will explore the refinement of Dassai from Japan alongside the bold innovation of Dassai USA. Guests will taste eight premium sakes — Dassai 23, 39, 45, Nigori, and Dassai Blue 23, 39, 45, Nigori.

An upgrade option is available for a rare tasting of Dassai Beyond and Dassai Blue Beyond.

The evening will be complemented by a seasonal Takumi Autumn three-course menu, featuring an appetizer, the chef’s selection of sashimi, and a choice of Wagyu steak or grilled red snapper.
