It's official.

The Chicken Roti Melt has been breaking food borders across Orlando since it's inception and we aren't making this statement lightly.

We first started cooking this on our food truck Ceylon Hut a few years back. Our Ceylon Hut Fam have come to enjoy it's uniqueness and each time we cook this, it's always a hit!

We're now making this easily available to you through so if you haven't had a chance to try it, jump on the bandwagon!

UberEats will be available Monday through Saturday from 2 pm-8 pm so hit us up, you'll be mighty glad you did!

This meal right here brings back good memories and is one that is very near and dear to our hearts ❤

Whilst growing up in Sri Lanka, one or even two of our daily meals always consisted of rice, vegetables & greens along with a protein. As kids, we at times disliked the 'healthy' options on our plate! Looking back now, what we ate has really shaped our eating habits now. A balanced meal is well, good for you!

Our Chicken Curry Rice Box is a hearty serving of basmati rice, our signature chicken curry, a crisp 'Sri Lankan' salad with fresh veggies with a squeeze of lime served alongside pita bread. It will make you so happy, we garauntee it!

Taste it for yourself, you'll see why this has become a much loved meal for many.

We can't not talk about this popular yum; the Chicken Roti Melt!

First, a little history behind it's creation. When planning our menus for our food truck Ceylon Hut, we constantly look for unique ways of eating things. We both love eating spicy food, cheese and different types of breads. So we thought, how about we combine them altogether? We tried it out and boy, didn't it just win us over!

When we cooked this on our truck for the first time, the response we received was phenomenal. It stuck.

This has easily become a daily meal we cook at Bites 'n' Melts many times over and has been declared a hot favorite! Always cooked to order, you can devour this hot and melty!

Come on by Orlando Fashion Square any day of the week and bite into one. You'll see what all the fuss is about.

When revamping our menu, we just knew we had to share this with you. You could call it a refreshing take on a delightful chocolate milk! Drizzled with chocolate syrup, this freshly made bev is sure to beat any hot summer day's heat!
