TONIGHT we are featuring my Shrimp Satay.

S H R I M P. S A T A Y
Marinated pan-seared shrimp served w/ sautéed bell peppers, onions, & squash on cumin-scented jasmine rice. 
Garnished w/ cilantro, greek yogurt, & chili-garlic crisp.

This is my favorite savory option.

I love colorful food and this dish is exactly that.
It is extremely flavorful with every texture working with one another. Crunchy, soft, savory, earthy and a lil spice.

THIS DISH IS NOW GLUTEN-FRIENDLY. It is also dairy-free without the greek yogurt.

Each course is paired with a mystery whiskey selected to complement the dish. Taste, compare, and try to identify what’s in your glass. At the end of the night, the guest with the most correct guesses takes home a bottle.

SPOOKY SEASON IS HERE.
We’re starting with my personal favorite waffle: Basic Witch

Pumpkin pie waffle stuffed with a vanilla sugar cookie. Dipped in scratch apple cider caramel. Served with scratch pumpkin spice cream cheese whipped cream.

I’m going to be tweaking some of the recipe a little bit. It needs a few updates that have been bothering me for some time. The sauce was first. Tastes the exact same but is now actually consistent.

This is Annie.

She reached out to me to do a waffle pairing collab last month and we sold out in a few days with some guests on the waitlist!!

We are here to announce that we’re doing another collab together on September 3rd at 6:30p.

Tickets are $60 per person.
This includes wine, cheese, 3 waffle pairings, and a pairing of bread & butter using my butter candles.
