Okay, so back in its heyday, Parlor Waffle Kitchen had Matchas.

I am bringing Matchas to select popups starting this SATURDAY

It’s so damn good, I HAD to add it to the menu!
If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend trying mine.

We will have the Original and Brown Sugar Cinnamon Matcha this weekend only at East Market from 11-3p

The Original Matcha is vegan and gluten-friendly made w/ organic oat milk and maple syrup. I drink it almost everyday and had to stop gatekeeping.

Brown Sugar Cinnamon is the original matcha made w/ the cinnamon glaze from my Ube waffle.

If you’ve never had my matcha, it f*^king slaps. I highly recommend it. We are really excited to have it at select popups!

A quiet but very massive milestone just happened.

Parlor Kitchen is now a federally registered trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office!!

This took nearly two years to get completed but it is done.
I am just so grateful for every one of you for helping build Parlor to what it is and will become.

Obviously, I am burning the candle on both ends right now by the looks of my tired eyes.

New website is coming soon. New Butter Lantern ™ is coming soon. Andddddd some stuff that I can’t quote publicly announce is coming soon too!!
