Turning the “Paige” on her next chapter 🍍We are experiencing a full gamut of emotions as our most beloved, longest-tenured employee, Paige Lehman, moves on to the next chapter of her life. I can honestly say that we have all benefited from the five-plus years she spent here making us - staff and guests alike - better.

Every part of this journey - from paddleboarding and picking flowers on the side of the highway to winning countless contests, including the sound of her perfectly manicured nails tapping on my office door - contains a memory of her. Her presence and the impression she has left on all of us are truly immeasurable.

To my sweet friend, Paige: I wish you the absolute best. You will always have a home here (just in case, wink wink). I am so proud of you, and I am excited to see your next chapter unfold - and, of course, your next EDC outfit.

🍉Watermelon cold-infused gin, lime juice, agave, black salt, lime wheel, mint for the month of AUGUST! The watermelon cold infused gin is a 48 hour process where the watermelon are coated in sugar and left to sit for 24 hours, the sugar extract the watermelon juice. It is filtered, then combined with the gin and left to sit another 24 hours for the infusion to take place. It’s special because a cocktail is not diluted with simple syrup. 🍉
