After much prayer and consideration, we want to share an important update about PILLARS BBQ.
The food truck chapter of PILLARS BBQ is coming to a close. This decision was not made lightly, but we believe God is leading us into a new season and has other plans for us moving forward.
We are incredibly grateful for every customer, every event, every conversation, and every person who supported PILLARS along the way. What started as a passion for great BBQ became so much more, a way to serve people, build relationships, and share a little bit of our story with our community.
While the food truck season is ending, PILLARS BBQ will continue through our signature rubs and sauces. We’ll be sharing more details soon on how you can continue to order and enjoy PILLARS BBQ at home.
We are excited to see what God has ahead and thankful for the opportunities He has given us through this journey.
