🧀 Behind the Scenes in the Kitchen! 🧀
Here I am putting in the work, shredding fresh cheese for our homemade Alfredo sauce! 💪🏾👨🏾🍳
Fun Fact: Freshly shredded cheese melts much smoother than pre-shredded bagged cheese. Most bagged cheeses contain anti-caking agents to keep the shreds from sticking together, but those same additives can prevent the cheese from melting evenly and create a grainy or less creamy sauce.
That’s why we take the extra time to shred our cheese fresh—it helps create that rich, smooth, velvety Alfredo sauce that keeps everyone coming back for more! 🤤✨
At the end of the day, it’s the little details and extra effort that make a big difference in every bite.
