Nice little article we stumbled upon this morning.

We here at The Current would put our lobster rolls up against any lobster roll from any establishment up in the Northeast. We only charge $29 for ours yet we pay much more for shipping down here. . . . and we do catch some grief even at that price!

Based on the current cost of lobster to us, we should be charging at least $35-$37 for our Lobster Rolls to be able to yield a couple bucks from it. But we'd rather actually sell them and chalk it up to a marketing cost.

That being said . . . come and get one before we raise our prices!!!

Also, order your Labor Day Live Maine Lobster for Monday before it sells out!

Our owner grew up in this area so it is so cool to have been voted "second best" restaurant in College Park (can anyone beat the Taproom??)!
We just recently celebrated our third year open on Edgewater Drive and we are really feeling like we belong here.

As we approach our 3 year anniversary of opening in College Park, we are super excited to have been nominated for three categories on this years Orlando Weekly Best of 2026! We feel like after the last three years of being in the CP, we are proud to represent the neighborhood, and we hope you all agree.
