Long before potatoes arrived in Italy, Italian families were already shaping gnocchi with simple grains and water 🥔
When potatoes became part of our kitchens centuries later, the dish turned into the ultimate comfort food for Sunday family lunches. We keep that exact tradition alive: just real ingredients, patience, and a warm sauce that brings everyone together.
Come share a plate with us, there is always room at our table!
