Caramel Brownie Cheesecake Bliss 🍰✨
There's nothing like the sweet smell of chocolate and caramel wafting through the kitchen, reminding us of family gatherings and cherished memories.
Ingredients:
* 1 box brownie mix
* 1/2 cup caramel sauce
* 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 2 large eggs
* 1 cup sour cream
* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
* Chocolate chips for topping (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the box instructions and pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared springform pan.
3. Bake the brownie base for about 20-25 minutes, or until it's set but still fudgy.
4. While the brownie bakes, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
6. Mix in the sour cream and flour until just combined.
7. Once the brownie layer cools slightly, pour the cheesecake batter over it.
8. Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer and swirl it with a knife for a marbled effect.
9. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake layer.
10. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the center jiggles slightly.
11. Let cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
12. Before serving, sprinkle with chocolate chips and drizzle with more caramel, if desired.
