We have changed things up a bit. With the farm and all we have going on, we no longer are operating the food truck, we have sold it and closed that chapter, a bitter sweet ending to Kara's Kantina but we are excited for what our future holds with Spring Creek Lavender . The good news is that we will continue to have our Fresh Squeezed Lemonade. We are going back to where it all started! We want to thank all of you who supported us on our food truck adventure. And hope to see you this summer at the farm or at the Clinton farmers market!

It's just not summer without Lemonade 🍋!

Many of you may have noticed we aren't out and about at our usual events. We have appreciated everyone's support over the years, with the kids getting older and our other business (www.springcreeklavenderny.com) picking up we have opted to slow things down a bit as far as the Food Truck goes. With that being said, there still are opportunities to get your nachos and tacos this year. We have a few date nights scheduled at the farm where you get an awesome meal from the truck, lemonade, and the chance to hang out on the farm. You can check them out on Spring Creek's website. In other exciting news though we will have lemonade at the Clinton Farmer's market tomorrow so come on down and get some lemonade and some lavender products!
