Peruvian specialties, where we will be preparing a variety of meals and entrees like: Carapulcra, caucau, arroz con mariscos, jalea de mariscos, pescado a lo macho, ceviche, papa a la huancaina, papa rellena, arroz con pollo, anticuchos, aji de gallina, etc. At this time, we will be preparing this delicious meals from home, and during the summer you will find us at festivals all around Utah. We will inform you when our permanent location is established. Thank you
