rather we'll open likely Monday. The Fire Marshal has to do his final inspection before we can open.

We'll be making the store all pretty this weekend and filling our dipping cabinets with delicious ice cream for your enjoyment. Everything will be ready as soon as we turn on that open sign, hopefully Monday, May 19th.

They're started tiling the walls! And the floors look so good! The excitement is building. Do you think it can be done on time? We still have to install the cabinets, menu boards, the freezers, and all of the small little things that make the store work. SO MUCH TO DO!!
