This one meant a lot!

We had the chance to cater the Courage Reins charity golf tournament last week, and hearing that both the staff and golfers loved the food is exactly what we hope for with every event.

Huge thanks to Becca and the Courage Reins team for trusting Big Matt’s BBQ with the day — and for such an incredible review.

Even better, they’ve already asked us about coming back next year.

Orders for the September Frozen Drop are officially open.

Stock your freezer with slow-smoked brisket, pulled pork, Big Matt’s BBQ sauce, or one of our ready-to-go bundles. Everything is fully cooked, vacuum-sealed, and frozen—just boil to reheat and enjoy.

Orders close August 31.

Pickup schedule:

* Sandy — Thursday, September 3 at 6:00 PM
* Utah County — Friday, September 4 at 6:00 PM
* Cache Valley — Saturday, September 5 at noon

Quantities are limited by what one smoker can produce, so order early to make sure you get exactly what you want.
