This past week Bistro Cubano had the honor of catering an event for the Cuban Ambassador herself, Lianys Rivera.
Come down to Oregon City this weekend to taste why we were chosen to represent the best of Caribbean Cuisine in the Portland Metro Area! To quote Madam Ambassador, “The food was absolutely delicioso!”

Hey amigos!

When it comes to Cuban food, seafood and tropical fruit come to mind. Well here at Bistro Cubano OC we hit both of those out of the park!

Our Caribbean orange shrimp skewers are a crowd favorite! Fire grilled jumbo shrimp with a home made orange citrus glaze is sure to give your taste buds a whirl!

Cocktail- "Paradise found" Smoky mezcal, fresh lime, coconut cream and blackberry puree. Shaken with a spiced sugar rim.
